Integra’s EFM service is a business grade Internet service. The service is made up of 4, 6 or 8 ULL copper telephone lines providing a high speed symmetrical link. Multiple lines provide redundancy and load balancing ensuring optimal uptime. Multiple profile speeds are available to meet the demands of your voice and data business needs.

For IP telephony users, each service incorporates latency & Jitter control.QOS (Quality of Service) ensuring a rich voice experience for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Static IP address is also included. Installation includes NTU (Network
Terminating Unit) with an Ethernet handover.
