When you need support, physical distance is no longer a problem.  
As long as you have a working internet connection, we are able to  
remote in to your system using our secure portal of LogMeIn.  

Using LogMeIn will enable one of our engineers or support  
people  to  use  your  computer  with  just  about  the  same  
capability as if they were right in front of you!  

The engineer or support person can only access your system with  
your permission. You can view the connection in real time, see  
changes and supervise the connection.
